Uberti 1860 Army
i have a couple Uberti 1860 army 44 BP revolvers...
one of them was sold to me by a "dealer" in Belgrade, MT. He sold it to me as NEW, but months later, i'm ready to take it shooting, and discover that not only is it USED, but broken. i have words to describe this fellow, that i will not share here.
the piece i need is the little lever that pokes out of the frame to rotate the tumbler. this piece has a tempered spring on it to hold it in place... that spring is gone. I need the Lever with the spring, as i dont think they are seperable. can anyone refer me to somone that will have my part?... the Local BP guy charged me 20 to order the part, it arrived and was the wrong one...no refunds: and no more business from me.
any help would be appreciated.

The cylinder hand and hand spring are two separate pieces. See parts #7 & 18 below. The spring is force-fit and costs about $3 but maybe you could have one made locally using your other one as a model.

I have bought two hands from VTI and they came with the spring attached.
I just went to their web site, they do list the hand assembly with spring for the Uberti 1860 Colt Army as one part for $17, I am inferring that the spring is attached.0 -
