Ned to contact GB, My account was messed with!!

Is there some other way to contact gunbroker directly? I tried signing into my selling account this morning and it says "Account closed by user". I defiantly did not do this. I have auctions ending and stuff i need to put up and cannot access my account. HELP!!!

    Did you already try clicking the help icon on the home page and then clicking Customer support.

    I tried that and haven't heard anything yet. i should probably just wait longer but im kinda impatient knowing somebody got into my account.

    Using the Support/Help button is the only way any of us can get a hold of Admin to get help with any problems. Unfortunately, the only thing you can do is wait which is hard.

    I have had some problems in the past. Support was pretty quick to respond. However, I know seconds turn to hours in a case like this.

    Just want you to know in my experience they have been expedient. Good luck!

    The only problems i have had before were trying to get a refund of fee from non-paying bidders. There always speedy fast with those. It's just more frustrating because now i can't control anything in my account, or receive any communications from buyers / bidders.
