Need ID from the Cutters

Traded for a Buck 500 pocket knife. Wooden handles made from the beams used in the Old North Church of Paul Revere fame. Signed by Robert W. Gottedge, the Vicar. I guess this is known as the "Signature Series".
Anyone know date made, number made, and current real value. Knife is 100% but no box.
