S&W PPK & PPK/S Recall

Does anybody have any details as to exactly what the changes are that will be made to these guns if they are sent in? Every reference I have seen so far simply regurgitates the S&W recall notice with no real details. Will the terribly hard to use safety on these be improved with the change?

  The details are on the Walther America homepage. You can click on the link and get the details. For the question of the safety, I'm not sure if it will improve it or not. I have no trouble with mine.

  S&W told me that they would smooth up the safety on my PPK/s when I send it in for the hammer block recall if I included a note with the pistol asking them to do so. I doubt that the rough safety has much to do with the recall; on mine it looks like an issue with the detent seat being too deep or too rough (just my guess, I'm letting them fix it).
