Browning mod 2000 problem

I have a Browning mod 2000 12 ga Magnum, Belgium made. The problem is tha it will not eject the spent round. I have taken it apart and everything looks good, Gun parts diagram don't show this gun gas system. It has a brass plunger inside the mag tube not the brass ring ?? anyone have an ideal as to the problem. Thanks

  Did you clean the gas port in the barrel and the return spring in the stock??

  cleaned the gas port but not the spring. will try that. thanks
