Crimson Trace Grips on 1911

Well, it seems easy enough to find the right CT laser grip for my Kimber Pro Carry II HD, but maybe I'm a little dense today. Their website breaks it down to Gov't & Commander or Compact & Defender. My Kimber has a 4" barrel and no ambidextrous safety. Can someone point be in the right direction?.

    it's the length of the grip frame not the length of the barrel . How many rounds will the magazine that fits flush with the bottom of the grip frame hold[?][?]

    It uses a 7 round magazine

    The commander Crimson trace should work but to be sure take your pistol to a local gun shop and compare the grip with a full size model if you grip your pistol and your little finger is below the grip fram then it is an officers model. Hope this helps

    On the CT website they will tell you the distance between the grip screws for the various models. just match the measurements to your gun.
