AR Pistol Upper

I need a complete A3 AR-15 upper with a 10.5" barrel.
Are there any companies selling the complete upper and lower kit with a delivery time under 60 days? Under 90 days?

  My Bushmaster deliveries are 12-16 weeks. Stag Arms tells me I'm looking at 6 mos for my 9 upper.
