H&R Trapper

I need to get some replacement parts for my H&R Trapper model 22 7 shot.

I need the hammer, the gripps and the cylinder center pin.

Any idea of whereto get them would be thankful

    I bought a H&R Trapper, .22 7 shot, 6" octagon bbl with sawhandle grip s/n 1793xx. Paid $175 in about as near new as a used revolver can be, blue showing wear at muzzle as when laid on a table, otherwise about 100%. I think it probably dates from 1920s but would like to confirm it's DOM if possible. Also any comments. Thanks

    Try www.e-gunparts.com. I think they have the hammer. You may have to ask them by inquiry as to whether they might have the rest. The grips may be the same as a newer model, but they also were problematic as I believe these where a hard plastic that became more brittle over time, hence less chance of good ones being salvaged, ect.

    The H&R Trapper models that I have seen all had wood grips with the wood extended back over the web of your hand. E-Mail me for info on grips.

    Two of my Trappers have the wood 'saw handle' and the third has a rounded more later type. Trapper and its predecessor the H&R 1906 Model could make a nice collection. The 1906 is seen with at least two hard rubber type of grips, small frame-fitting and extended sort of target type. I have both plus three Trappers. Other people who are more H&R specialists probably will offer more complete info when they see your post.
