Anybody no where I can find a Lever for?

A Marlin model 39 D 22 caliber? I found one for a model 39 but they are Different.

    Does the 39D have a stright stock in lieu of the pistol grip stock!

    Yes it's a straight stock, not a pistol grip. I can send you pictures if it will help.

    The Marlin 1891 ,92 and 97 I think had the same lever as the 39D, I have one of the older model stright levers and nonthing to compare it to, I know that it is the same as the first Model 39 pistol grip only stieght to clear the stock.

    The one I have is red color and if you have a nice rifle you would have to have it blued. Try the auctions and see if there is a 91,92 or 97 someone is parting out. Picture would not help unless you have some of the lever. There is a good artical on these rifle with picture on http://www.wisnersinc.com look under additional info and parts identification.

    I found a Model 39d on the Auction side that has a pistol grip stock and if you need lever for that style stock, Brownell or MidWay USA has new parts for your rifle.

    It would sure be worth an e-mail to this seller, it appears he has a lot of levers and will put up an auction for what you need if you contact him. Good luck, it is a shame to have a 39 out of battery!

    The pre 39a levers will not work in a 39a or a 39D. You can use a 39M or 39D lever, as either will work. Not a 1891, 92, or 97 lever.

    This is the gentleman I bought a new lever from recently. It was for a model 39, he thought it would work, it didn't so he took it back, and sent my old one back and said he didn't think it was possible to find one for a 39D
