Steyr, Bolt BACK IN, Steyr Owners must read

Thanks to those that tried to help, *He Dog* for your offer. Anyone who uses a chamber brush will run intothe same problem. There is a locking lug ring within the reciever that ROTATES! Agreed that is not common? It took a friend who is a basement Gunsmith to find it. Seems when I used a chamber brush to clean the rifle it rotated the lugs slightly causing the entire problem. Thats why the bolt would stop dead 3/8" away from closing! Make a note if you own the Steyr ProHunter! Thank to all those who offered help!
