A very pretty chamber

If I say so myself.

Mrbruce is chambering a new barrel for my XP-100 action. This is not the first one he has done for me, he sure knows how to make good shooters.

There is just something beautiful about light reflecting off of a stainless steel barrel. [8D]

    I don't know, it is probably light refelcting differently from the metal, I just know it is cool looking to me!

    They look like "Chatter" marks to me, maybe it's just the lighting?
    Sure hope, their none in the chamber!

    Chamber looks great!

    Slight chatter on thread and small bit of galling on back shoulder.
    Which neither will hurt a thing as far as it's final FFF.

    The chatter look on the threads is from the over head light grids, and it's not finished.
    I always do the shoulder last.... and you can see inside the chamber for a ways
    so we know thats not chattery [:)]
    Just wait till bpost see's it after it's finished and polished...

    Yes, the chamber is brilliant as a good chamber should be.
    Thread chatter is inconsequential.
