ginex primers

i was reading the specs on wideners on their 5.56 ss109 ammo. htey say these rds have genix primers. ive never heard of this kind of primer befor. just boxer and berdan primed. are these cartridges with the ginex primers still reloadable?

  They are boxer primed using ginex brand/type primer. reload able. boxer is the primer system.
