black talon ammo shipping?

hello
before i list some black talon for sale how do i find out where it is legal to ship it to? also what is the best way to list it to cover myself like legal age and legal to own in your state?

  Get yourself a free copy of the CD "state laws and published ordinances " from the BATFE much better then trying to find it in their HARD COPY book. But be sure to state in your ad that all state and local laws on both ends will be met.
  
  
  EDIT They have been passing them out at gun shows . But you can also call your local office and request ATF publication 5300.5 revised September 2008

  I don't think that your going to get in trouble for shipping to a state where they are banned, its the person receiving them that will get in trouble.
