Iwas wondering, will a winchester 92 stock fit a pre 64 94?

  Depends... are you referring to the butt stock or the forend stock?
  
  Butt stocks will interchange, but they most likely will not fit up perfectly (detectable to the knowledgeable person)
  
  Forend stocks will interchage only if the Model 92 is a 44/38 caliber gun.
