W. Lacey Shotgun

Does anyone know anything about a double barrel shotgun built by W. Lacey of London England? The gun is a hmmergun with damascus barrels.

  "Lacy, William: Gunmaker located London, England, circa 1850 - 1860, No other history known, 8 gauge side by side bearing the name W. Lacy (Listed in 1998 for $1,950). - Carder, Side by Sides of the World for Y2K.

  There was also another Wm Lacy, Gunmaker in the late 1700's.
  
  Presumably you know that this damacined barreled shotgun was built for black powder loads in smaller shells than modern ones and that you should not fire any modern loads in it. Before shooting with anything it should be checked by a qualified gunsmith.
  
  I am betting that asking price of $1995 was never acheived.
