SELLING OF FIREARMS IN FLORIDA

Just curious if anyone knows of a website where legal advice can be found regarding the sale of firearms by individuals in Florida could be found.
I have called the local Sheriff Department and they say it's OK to sell, just get a receipt and give a receipt. My questions are pretty much; How many items can a person sell and how often.
If I chose to sell a firearm, I just want to cover myself legally before the transaction.

    If you are regularly buying and selling at a profit, don't worry about state law, worry about the BATF, they will consider you are dealing in firearms without a license. If you are buying and selling a few a year to improve a collection, that is not a problem. If you are buying only or mostly firearms over 50 years old, and mostly buying out of state, consider getting a C&R FFL.

    If you are selling firearms from a smallish personal collection, chances are you'll be OK. If it is a large collection and you are going to run continuous ads, be prepared to prove that you aren't really a defacto dealer. I had a neighbor that decided to sell his 150 plus gun on week ends and it drug out. He was having fun selling the stuff. After a complaint, he was hassled by the local law enforcement and he was contacted by BTAF eventually. He's was OK because he had suffiecient documentation to demonstrate he collected the firearms over 50 plus years. He did stop selling the collect at week end yard sales however.
