Rossi M88-2
I just picked one of these up the other day for a truck carry gun. It's stainless steel and in petty decent shape. I have been looking and can't find many of these for sale and not many choices for aftermarket grips. Would SW j frame square butt grips work on this? I set the grips off my J frame 36 round butt on the Rossi and other than being rounded , they fit fairly good.

I have a Rossi M88 I won at a match years ago. I was amazed at how smooth the action is.
If the grips will fit and the screw will go through and secure to the other grip and the action will function OK after they are on, I would say its a go and should work.0 -
I'm going to stop at the gun store the next few days and see what they have in stock. Pachmeyer makes a set for it but I unsure what they would feel like on the gun and if they cover the backstrap or leave it open. Thats the main reason I haven't already ordered a set. The grips on there now are just the wood factory, and while they aren't bad, I would rather have just a little more grip involved. 0
