Barrel Threading

Can anyone recommend a gunsmith/machinist in the phoenix area to thread the end of a stainless barrel? Also is the torque spec on an AR-10 platform barrel nut the same as the Ar15?

  Looking for a gunsmith that will do a very good job on threading a 10/22 barrel. Any recommendations?

  Highly highly recommended on the NFA boards. I had 3 done in person and Mike is a hell of a good guy.
