Mossberg "Brownie"Pat. July 27, 1920
Years ago my brother gave me this "pepper box". I just started to find out info on it as I am getting old and have the time. Seems he left me quite a piece. Mossbergs fist handgun. I know there are 3 variations and it is missing the extractor pin. Are there many of these handguns around, records on them, etc. Thanks for any info,

Just ordered an extractor pin for my "Brownie" and am wondering if there is a specific way the extractor pin is used,like between the shells or one at a time,etc? If this sounds like a dumb question, sorry. I did not get instructions with my pepperbox. Not that I will be firing same, but would be nice to know the correct way to use the extractor pin.

E.E. If you go to rinfirecentral.com and look under mossberg there are a few guys that may be able to help you. If you are a member, do a search for the Brownies and there is quite abit of info on them. Good luck hope you find your info. Vernon 0 -
