Stainless Steel "Bluing"
I have an Ops,Inc muzzle brake on an FN SPR that I presume is stainless steel under what appears to be a parkerized or matte blue finish:

It's a bit worse for wear around the edges, so I'd like to do a little touch up. Is there anything that can be used similar to plain steel or aluminium touch up "bluing" out there?
I know I can do a dura/aluma hyde or even engine block paint, but I'd rather keep the original finish on most of the brake and "into" the steel as opposed to on top of it.

There is nothing that touches up SS. But yes SS can be blued but isn't the normal bluing salts...they are special salts. Brownells carries them. 0
