Taurus Question
I have heard that the reason Taurus quit making the Taurus raging 22 Hornet and 218 Bee is because of the tendency for the cylinder to have issues with the fired case moving rearward? Any truth in it? Also heard accuracy wasn't all that great, any truth?

I brought a co-workers PT170 Millenium Pro home with me over the
weekend to clean,he did not have a clue so I figured culd not be
harder than a 1911 or some other auto I have..pulled the manual
online to see how it was tore down and followed the book,unloaded it,removed magazine,turned down and removed the latch pin on left side pulled trigger and slid the slide off...I cleaned it,put the
barrel back in the slide then the spring and slipped it back on the frame,pushed it on and it went just so far and stopped, now I can't even get the slid off to try again, the slide looks to almost be
on but the barrel and spring pin stick out about an inch..did i goof up with the barrel install? I put it back just the way I took it off.. any ideas as to fix this mess??0 -
I have a raging bee and love it[:D]. The accuracy is great and I have had no problems with it what so ever. I am in the process of buying a raging hornet if I can find one reasonably. They are priced to high on the net so I will be looking at some gun shows[^]. I paid 700 for my bee and that included a case, 50 rounds of ammo. a 375 dollar burris scope and a set of dies.I took the scope off and sold it and am now buying an eotec for it. I will find one for around 500 to 550. I just have to be patient. Remember though, It is one (HEAVY) gun.
