Moss. 500 muzzleloading barrel

I just ordered a barrel to convert my shotgun to a muzzleloader. Does anyone have experience with this conversion? What do you like or not about it? Are you happy with the accuracy? I will be using the new Blackhorn 209 powder, because It is the cleanest burning one out there.

  freind of mine has one, turns out to be a p.i.a. crudded up the receiver bad, guess the blackhorn is supposed to be better, he complained about not having room to put cap/primer on the nipple as you had to reach up in the receiver through the ejection port. it was just cheaper and easier to buy a real muzzleloader. good luck with your.

  I've used Triple 7 pellets in mine. Accuracy is about what you would expect from a muzzle loader. Didn't notice any more fouling than normal, but then I try to run a dry patch down the barrel after each shot. Capping the primer is the one big drawback in my opinion.
  All in all, it's a fun little "change of pace". REALLY messes w/ peoples heads during muzzle loader only season. I've had to PROVE it's a muzzle gun more than once!
