Beretta service

Good evening all, I was just wondering how the Beretta warrenty service was (good, bad, ugly)? I am contemplating getting a PX4, but if it is a pain in the butt dealing with the company over warrenty issues (not saying there will be any), I would have to weigh that information heavely.

  Only dealings we have had with Beretta have been NIGHTMARES.. In fact one gun we sent back for a customer they LOST.. No fan of them here ..
