sweet 16 forend??

Hi all!! Hope this is in the right spot! I`m going INSANE trying to find a forend for my dad`s old sweet 16! PLEASE does anyone know where to find one? Preferably unfinished since he doesn`t have a whole lot of cash! Thanks so much!
