Winchester Rifle - What is it worth?

My father left me a Winchester rifle - Model 190 Automatic that he bought in 1977. Can anyone tell me what this is worth? It has a scope and about 5 boxes of ammo.

  Regardless of the price the other 2 posted ,,, the fact that your father left it to you should make it priceless to you !
  And if you decide to sell it, you will wish you didnt,,, someday.

  Go do a search over on the auction side and you will be able to see the range of prices for a range of different age and condition rifles like yours. And as with all used rifles the real value of it is what you can get someone to give you for it. Before you sell or trade it away you should look into your local and federal laws about firearm transfers....
