PSL accuracy
I have looked over the boards and there is some, not much, discussion on the PSL. I have not seen any mention of what size shot groups these things are putting out.
For those who have one, what shot group size are you getting, at what range, and what are you feeding it?

You have to use light ball ammo. And if you shoot slowly and dont heat up the barrel, you can get 1.5-2 inch groups at 100 yards. Heavy ball ammo will bust the gun. Once the barrel heats up, the accuracy falls off. 0 -

I have had one for a while now and like it. I have not got much range time on it though. The only day I "sighted" it in it was MOP (minute of pop can) at 100 yards. There is a roughly 18" gong at 600 yards where we were shooting. I would come very close to hitting it but never actually did.
To me one of the biggest drawbacks is the 4x scope. While it is a very clear scope with a good reticle but not enough power for longer ranges. I think with one of the 8x or possibly one of the variable power scopes that are out there accuracy would improve.
I like mine, I just need to get some more time on it. While not really a MBR like the M1A it hard to beat. When I got mine I got the gun, 10 mags (total) and 10k of ammo for list price of a new M1A. It is an awsome price for a reasonably accurate shooter that is reliable and cheep (going up like everything else though).0 -
