My 10/22 cycles only with hV ammo. Is there a possibilty to take some weight of the bolt to be able to shoot normal 22s?
Will this hav an effect of the lifetime of the reciever?

It depends a lot on condition. Assuming its in "very good" shape about $250 to $300 with the scope.

Charlie.... Is the scope a fixed or variable power scope?
I bought that stainless with the Simmons 3X9 scope here on GB for about $325. If your gun is in super shape and a variable scope with sling, up it to $350 or $375.0 -
