Winchester Mod. 94 in .32/.40

Unable to find any for comparison on the for sale site.

It is NIB with all papers.

Has anyone an idea as to its current value?

  I couldn't help you with a specific value at this point in time, because with all that's happening with the economy nowadays, i.e. lots of folks have lost their jobs, and lots of these instant antiques/commemoratives are hitting the market.
  
  The only point(s) I can speak on are these.
  
  The rifle has to be absolutely new in the box, untouched and unhandled. I have seen collectors checking similar commemoratives out with a magnifying glass looking for the slightest signs of handling or use.
  
  The John Wayne Commemoratives were a fiasco! Winchester was only going to originally make something like 5,000? I'm not sure if that figure is correct. When they found out how popular it was they cranked out many thousands more. The can't be construed to be rare and valuable, if their are thousands of them still out there and available for sale.

  They will auction for 1200-1400 maybe a little more. The last one I saw at a live auction went for 1500 + 15% buyers premium. THE most valuable commemorative

  Be advised that there are several variations of the Winchester John Wayne Commemorative. There is the standard model, consecutive serial numbered sets, The "Duke" model, and a "1 of 300" set. There is a WIDE range of values between them so make sure you know which one you have.
