It's a 19th Century, Dutch Military Rifle. Known as the Model 1871/88 Infantry Rifle. To have any value to a military rifle collector, it has to be in very good, arsenal original condition, similar to the one shown in this photo. The best place to sell it would be on this auction. Value as I said before, would depend on originality and cosmetic condition.
