Kimber 8400

I saw a Kimber 8400 Classic at a local store for $850, which I thought was a good price for a new Kimber. The gun had beautiful wood and fit/finish was very nice. I'm tempted to buy, but have read conflicting reports regarding Kimber quality and accuracy in recent years so am looking for opinions from anybody who may own one.

  I just bought a Kimber 8400 .300 wsm and it didn't come W/ a manual. Where can I find one. Does the gun come glass beded from the factory?

  I own several,they ALL shoot well.

  I've never seen or had any complaints with their rifles

  A friend of mine has a Kimber 8400 varmint in 22/250 that will shoot one hole groups and is a beautiful rifle not much more that you can ask for IMHO. Your mileage may vary
