38-55 loads

Anyone know some 38-55 loads with accurate power 2015,5744 W/240gr.hard cast bullet. thanks GunBuff[?]

  Michael,
  I've shot 38-55s for years, but I load H4895, and TrailBoss, I can't find anything for the powders you mentioned. Go buy a pound of H4895 and you'll be happy. 38-55 is a low presure round, and you need to use the proper powder.

  for target loads i use 4227 with a 245gr cast bullet and for hunting i use RL 7 with the same bullet. thats in a win. 1894 rifle made in 1903 with a ex bore. eastbank.
