Browning 1955 Lookalike

I have a Browning 1955 .380 that looks exacly like the firearm in the link above. What is this??

  It's not a Browning. My reference's identify it as being made in France prior to the Second World War, by the same company who made the much more common Unique pistols. They made a number of different little known models, beside the Audax during that time frame.
