Vintage Revolver??

Hi, can some one tell me more about this gun?
Its 15cm long,9cm height. Has a 6 squared barrel.
And has the markings on barrel crown over R star over W,
on cartridge star over W crown over ELG , on frame star over W and on handle S F in eclips.

Also maybe what its worth.

I have pictures, only how to put them on the forum i dont know...

    Hello from the Proof Markings your pistol was made in Belgian. With out pictures we most likely not be able to tell you much more. Posting pictures are IMHO one of the biggest problems on this site FORUM side of Gunbroker[V] If you know computer language look at the top post on this forum They are named STICKY they will give you directions on how to post pictures if you are not Computer Illiterate like me [:I][:I]

    EDIT Hello this is a PIN FIRE pistol this is an early cartridge design that had an inside primer that was activated by the hammer striking a PIN. This design was never as popular as the Rim Fir or The centerfire Cartridge we all know today . You may still be able to get pin fir cartridges in Europe. The Belgian arms makers were mostly a cottage industry of many many different makers. Unless you can find a Name or logo we will have no way of telling who the maker is . It is engraved albeit rather crude in it's execution. I would say value $150.00 + or -
