Ithaca 37 in 28 gauge

Is a 28" bbl too long for a gun of this nature?

They quoted the prices as:
A $999
AA $1589
AAA $3499

Any thoughts?

My thoughts is WOW nice gun but IMHO I would rather spend the same money for a O/U or SXS Browning ,CZ, classic american made double. or Winchester Model 12. Be aware the overall length of a pump with 28 inch barrel is at least the same as a double gun with 30 inch barrels

Personally, I'd go with the 26" if it were me.

Saw the new Ithica's at Pheasant Fest in Madison, WI. a couple of weeks ago. They look like a very nice firearm.
