need knowledge of ar 15s
new to the ar 15 which is a better upper lmt or rock river and why . for a first time buyer which would be the best bang for the buck, just bougt a lmt upper but can change that already been offered more than i payed for it , any help would be great

LMT would probably be the better of the two if it comes with their enhanced bolt and carrier. 0 -
Just an FYI - before you sell off your current upper you'll want to check availability and pricing on a replacement. AR supplies are very tight and expensive - I went through Brownells and Midway and a few other AR specific sources and could not find such mundane parts as a buffer tube, detent springs or selector switches. I've never before seen AR parts in such short supply. 0 -
