Looking for an address

Does anyone have an address for PACT reloading scales? I have one that needs looked at and I do not have the repair departments address.

  I don't have Pact's address but their phone numbr is: 800-722-8462
  
  If however you are getting the error 1 message then you have to re-initialize the system.
  
  Use this whenever "error 1" comes up!
  
  re-intializing procedure:
  
  Turn scale on, while lighting up press at same time the "ON, Grain and Zero" buttons. It will go into some mode, hit the off button, keep hitting off button until it gets to the calibrate mode the it should be calibrated twice in a row. thats it...
