can i sell an antique barrel to a california resident, or even a non antique barrel. is california out of the question on parts

  Receivers are the only part of a rifle you cannot sell to someone in California with out a FFL. There are local vendors at the gun shows here that sell automanitc weapon parts at the shows, no receivers unless they are simi-auto and not on the banned list! There are very few restrictions on firearms parts in California and most of them are Federal.
