shipping to the Netherlands

I have an antique (1880) 1876 Winchester on auction and a fellow from the Netherlands e-mailed and asked If I would ship it to him. He says it's legal, what do I know! Does anyone have any experience with shipping to the Netherlands? Any advice?

  Have the buyer find an exporter here in the US, you ship to them and let them worry about it.
