What size primers and shell case holder is required?

  The primer size is large rifle.
  
  Although the head size is a little smaller than that of the .30-06, .308, and so forth, the same shell holder is recommended by Lyman, and works just fine for me.

  I disagree on the shellholder size. Use a number 2 long enough and you will rip off a case head and get it stuck in your die. The proper one is the RCBS number 9. Also used for 6.5X54, 6.5 Carcano, 7.62X45, and a few other oddballs.
