Help with gun

Hi, just seeing if anyone can help with this gun my dad has, if anyone knows model/make/year... Thank you,
*Possible 44 & 16 cal. combo
*Barrel Length 28 1/4"
*Overall Length: approx. 45"
*Firing pins on approx. 45 degree angle
*No identifying manufacturer marks or model numbers[/b][/b]

  If you have not already done so, remove the forearm. Then remove the barrels, and look under the chambers for proof marks, caliber, etc.
