AR COLLAPSEABLE BUTT STOCK
I recently sold a collapesable butt stock for an AR15/M16 here on Gunbroker. It was an early aluminum stock with a rubber like coating over the aluminum. I received a few questions from potential buyers as to if it had the #1 & the letter N on it. Does any one know what these markings were for or meant ??????????? Thanks in advance, Curt

I may be TOTALLY wrong on this, but on the Colt stocks the #1 meant they were fixed and not collapsible. So I feel like these requests were trying to verify that the stock was truly collapsible. Maybe? 0 -
This stock had both the #1 & and the letter N on it. Curt 0
