  It appears the Colt has been reblued as the frame should be case hardened but is still in nice condition. I would value it around $2,000 - $2,300.

  Colt did offer all blue versions of the SAA revolver so it may or may not have been reblued.
  
  The caliber, .32 WCF (32-20), will detract from the value. I'd say more like $1,200.00 to $1,500.00. Just my opinion.

  It's possible but it's hard to tell without looking at it "hands on". It appears the hammer is blued as well. Still, I think a decent 1st Generation Colt SAA is going to bring more money than a new one.
