nagant revolver help

the trigger guard on my nagant revolver has become loose and shakes back and forth.

i see 2 screws above the grips but these don't seem to help at all.
is there a way to tighten the trigger housing, and if so, how?

  thanks for the pic! i didn't think to try to remove the whole left panel. i'll have to put a dab of loctite on that screw.
