Value of Ruger 10 inch MK II

I saw a Ruger stainless Mk II pistol for sale today with a 10 inch barrel. It was in about 98% condition and had 4 magazines. The asking price was $350. What is one of these worth? This is the first one I've ever seen for sale in person. Thanks for any replies.

    THIS depends on what you want to use it for IMHO unless you are the GOV. of Ca. it will be near impossible to hold up and shoot one handed [:(!][xx(][V][:(]. In other words not a NRA Bulls-Eye target pistol....

    I had a blued 10" Bull barrel target MkII that I shot for a number of years, I sold it a year ago off GunBroker for $250.00, it had a couple of cosmetic issues with the bluing and aftermarket grips. Add the buyers FFL and shipping costs and it probably cost him around 3 bills back then. I had purchased it used in 1995 for around the same amount so I wouldn't say it leaped in value !
    I had thumbrest grips on mine and did not find it unpleasant to shoot (with that being said, I also shoot a 12" and 15" barreled Dan Wesson in 357 so I'm used to long barrels). The additional sight radius probably helped the accuracy but overall I did not find it to be any better than a 6-1/2" bull barrel target model.
    The asking price of $350 for a stainless and the extra mags does not seem excessive, probably not fantastic but as you said, they are not that common.

    Mags run about 20 each, as long as they are factory. If it is stainless and 98 I would say it was an Ok deal, not great but not bad. For 300 it would be a great deal.

    Thanks for your replies. I might offer $300 and see what happens. I already own an early Std. Model, a 5 1/2 inch Mark I and a 6 7/8 inch Mark I. I thought the 10 inch Target model might make a nice addition to my collection, and fun to shoot scoped off a benchrest. I have one of those clamp-on bases that go over the receiver.

    I have one like that myself. I got a better deal but that was from a friend. Mine has a scope on it. I think the model I have is called a MKII hunter. I shoot it off-hand (with two hands) like I did for Hunters Pistol, I think I would do very well if they shot Silhouettes around here. I like it a lot.

    these have gone up quite a bit since ruger stopped making the Mark II's
    $350 for a 98% with 4 mags is a very good price
