I need a replacement Rear Sight for the Hi Standard HD Military model. Does not have to be original. Anyone know of an aftermarket sight that would fit? Adjustable preferred.

I was in the same position years ago, with a H-S Model A that I owned. The dovetail size of the H-S is a odd size, nothing recently made fit.

What I did was to get a fixed rear sight from a Ruger MK I. Layed out lines for the correct dovetail size on the base and filed it to fit. It worked great on the Model A, didn't even have to make any height adjustments for elevation.
