They do not currently, but back when they first had the Sendero's on the market they were available in Blue and Stainless that were not fluted barrels. I am sure they had the 270 Winchester availablein Blue only, in the line up. You might check on the auction side and use the search engine.

Thanks. That is why I asked you all, I did a search on the auction side of completed and current auctions and none were found. But, I was sure that I had seen one in the past. But tsr1965 has confirmed that I am not loosing my mind.

If you want a light kicker and real flat shooter, there are several 264 Winchesters and a few 25-06's over there. A few months ago I got a 300RUM Sendero SFII. Love it so far, but it is going to get a work over.

    Garanch,
Keep looking. Found mine on GB back in 2006 in like new in box condition. Wow, what a shooter. Groups obtained with standard Federal ammo (130 gr. pointed soft point) was .5-.38. @ 100 yrds. Love the rifle, heavy (about 11 lbs.) with scope & bipod. Bought a Burris Black Diamond 8-32 x 50. Between the flat trajectory of the 270 win. and the optics, you can pick off anything at any distance. With velocity only 300 less than a 7mm Remington Mag and always available ammo what more could you ask of a caliber. Relaoding only makes it that much better. Great choice, good luck finding one. They show up at the auction from time to time.
