Opinions, 1911 sights, customer's request
These will be installed on a Kimber full sized 5" 1911.
1. I can't open up the dovetails.
2. The front sight must be serrated to avoid the establishment of a "shine" on the front sight from multiple presentations from the holster.
3. The rear sight must have a right angle or step on the front edge of it to facilitate "alternate cocking".
No dots and not night sights.
Opinions? Suggestions?

Oh, and sell him a holster with a substantial sight track so he doesn't drag the front blade shiny.0 -
Brownells is the go-to place for 1911 parts, accessories, sights etc. Go to their on line catalog site, if you can't find what your looking give their customer service reps a call. They were putting out a mini paper catalog just for 1911 stuff, being that your a FFL and have a resale number they will probably send you one for free. 0 -
