Oklahoma handgun laws

I'm 20 years old and have been thinking of buying a handgun for a while now.

I just need to know what the age requirment is for owning and buying a handgun. I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find a straight answer. Well, an answer at all for that matter.

Also, are there any regulations on possession of ammunition that I have to worry about given the fact that I'm under 21?

  Under federal law you can be drafted into the military and possibly be issued one but you can't purchase a handgun anywhere or buy beer in many states.
  
  Edit: Sorry, I assumed you are male. The laws pertaining to the draft descriminate based on sexual gender. If female you would have to enlist.

  Umm I was thinking you can have a handgun at less than 21 just cant buy it from FFL dealer. I have no idea on ammo restrictions.
