Gunsmith recommendation

I am going to have a 686 revolver cylinder machined to accept moon rings. Does anyone have a suggestion as to a good gunsmith for this project?

  In the Reno/Carson City area, Terry Tussey and Martin Scott have both provided moonclip services on my revolvers. Both are excellent quality. I'd go with whichever had the shortest backlog of gunsmith business to reduce your wait.

  CAUTION - He did not do mine but I would not recommend the shops tha did.
