I live in MA and its hard yo find MA ok black guns so I'm considering this one.

That is a very fine shooting rifle. I have an Early Eagle Arms Pre-Ban carbine, and got a RRA upper in that configuration. Be warned, witht he tight twist they will like the 62-75 grain bullets, though. Mine has a 1 in 8 twist, and loves the Barnes 62, and 70 grain TSX bullets. You should be able to get well under 1MOA with that.

I'm in CA, have a similar set up among others. The heavy barrel will give very good accuracy and if MA law doesn't allow collapsible stocks the ACE fixed is a good replacement. Flat top readily allows for optics and you have a weaver style GB so iron sights are easy to mount too. 0 -
The one I had was a real tack driver.
